Giorgio Piazzese was born in Turin on July 12 th 1972.
He obtained his diploma from the Massimo D’Azeglio classical lyceum in Turin
He graduated in law from the Universita degli Studi di Turin having written a thesis on Commercial
Criminal Law under Professor Alessandra Rossi that was awarded a final grade of 110/110.
Admitted to the bar of the Court of Turin in 2000 and the Bar Council of the Court of Cassation in 2014, he practices as a criminal lawyer. In 1996, he joined the lawyer Cesare Zaccone’s law firm where he began to practise forensic law.
In 2000, he followed the lawyer Claudia Morra in founding the Studio Morra Professional Association, in which he soon became a partner.
He assists important Italian and international corporate groups as well as small and medium enterprises.
He also assists professionals and technicians in situations concerning intentional crimes against the person, committed through dereliction of duty, related to the proper exercise of the professional activity in question. He assists public entities as the party affected by a crime and as a civil party in criminal proceedings, as well as public officials accused in various capacities of crimes against the public administration. Periodically, he gives refresher lessons or preparation courses and training at trade associations or through other education and training institutions.
By virtue of his profession, he has acquired considerable technical proficiency. He works with French legal texts and has a good knowledge of the English language.
